Go-to-Product Phase

The Go-to-Product Phase is the earliest stage of company maturation, ranging from concept to prototyping, initial product release (IPR), and customer validation. Activities during this phase combine product iteration, category discovery, development of the Market Blueprint, and building the initial team and culture. The focus is on surfacing true market/product fit, testing problem and solution hypotheses, and readying the foundation for repeatable selling.
